Sweet, you found me! Hope you enjoy the world from behind my lens, from my vantage point.
Photography, for me, is a means to unleash my artistic side, an outlet for my perfectionism and an expression of my sentimental nature. I believe we all have a creative side. I am happy to have discovered mine in photography. I love taking pictures and I love meeting new friends, a perfect combination.
Although I adore photography, my family still comes first so I take a limited number of sessions. Please schedule with me in advance to secure your spot and my sanity.

I have slowed things down a tad, maybe you’ve noticed. Reality hit me when I looked at my little boy and thought huh, when did his hair get so long? Didn’t we just cut his hair? I guess that was a month ago, dang. And then soon after looked at my daughter and realized how big she is getting. I feel like I have been in some funky time warp. I needed to tune back into my life and capture balance once again (a continual struggle for me). So here I am photographing clients once a week which has been wonderful. I have the best of both worlds.
Not to mention the best clients! This beautiful family is so creative, daring and kind. I had the pleasure of photographing them in September. It’s always a treat to meet up with you three! Here’s your sneak peek, thank you!

I recently invested in some lighting equipment and wanted to give it a try. And, who better to practice on than this little guy? At this point I still prefer natural light but as I continue to practice, I continue to fall in love. 
What was so funny you ask? He is obsessed with Star Wars. So, I simply lowered my tone and in a throaty, gargling voice rearranged the clauses in my sentences, just like Yoda himself. “So cute, you are” and “best friends, we are, mmm..”. This really cracked him up.
